Commercial lease check
We'll schedule an initial 30-minute consultation to discuss your specific needs and any concerns you may have with the terms of your lease or Heads of Terms.
Following our conversation, Move, Settled will provide a clear review of your current or proposed lease.
The report will highlight areas you may be financially exposed and, if you're in lease negotiations, advise on areas of leverage.
Additionally, it will outline important dates, such as break clauses and rent reviews, to ensure you can plan accordingly.

Service Charge Review
We'll conduct an independent review of all services charges in your current or upcoming service charge year budget.
Move, Settled will provide a guidance report on any items you may need to discuss with your managing agent, i.e. if cost seem unreasonable or should be shared across a number of tenants.
Additionally, we will ensure that there are no non-recoverable costs or costs excluded by your lease included in any budgets.
This review will be carried out in line with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) code of practice.

This service provides a high-level commercial property review based on the documents supplied. It does not constitute a full building survey, valuation, legal advice or formal lease audit.
